Abha Negi, Director
Abha is a communications person and comes with a rich background of heading
several crucial communication assignments. She is trained in
"Non-Handicapping Environment" at Asia Pacific Development Centre on
Disability (APCD) Bangkok, Thailand. Besides Svayam, she also heads
Corporate Communications at Jindal SAW Ltd. She is also one of the Directors
at ARUNIM - (Association for Rehabilitation under National Trust Initiative

Subhash Chandra Vashishth, Programme Coordinator
Subhash is a Developmental Therapist trained at Action for Ability
Development & Inclusion (formerly the Spastics Society of Northern India)
and has extensive experience in Accessible & Inclusive Environments,
Inclusive Education, Community Based Rehabilitation, and Disability Equity &
Legal Rights. He is also a lawyer with varied experience in advocacy for the
disability rights.
He is a great resource for Access Auditing of internal and external built
environment, Disability Equality & Access Awareness and is a Master Trainer
for "Tilting at Wind Mills Training Programme" - a disability equity module.

Rohini Vij, Deputy Manager
Rohini
comes from a communications background and brings with her an array of
experience in marketing, communication, events & publicity
from across industries including Public Relations and Publishing among
others. Her interest and experience in theatre, radio and film making
add value to the team in terms of diversity and multiplicity. Rohini has
been training with the team to conduct access audits and sensitization
workshops and handles all communication requirements of Svayam. She is
also a part of the Corporate Communications team at Jindal SAW Ltd. She

Shuchita Gupta, Executive
Shuchita is a communication professional with experience in handling internal and external communications, organizing events, documentary film making and liasoning with external agencies. She handles all the communication requirements of Svayam and also assists the audit team with audits and presentations.
